 Together we formed a law firm for immigration and criminal defense cases in Omaha and the surrounding areas. We have decades of experience in providing exceptional legal services to individuals in immigration. 

Joel Hatch

Joel Hatch is one of the founding partners of Hatch & Dallon, LLC.  Joel has worked as an immigration attorney since 2006.  He handles a wide variety of immigration cases, including: asylum; cancellation of removal; removal defense cases with Immigration Judges; appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals; family petitions; green card applications; naturalization applications; Temporary Protected Status (TPS); U visas; juvenile visas; Parole in Place; and work permits.  Joel taught Immigration Law as an adjunct professor at Creighton University School of Law from 2020 to 2022.  He is fluent in spoken and written Spanish. 

Nathan Dallon

 Nathan Dallon is the other founding partner of Hatch & Dallon, LLC.  Nathan has worked as an immigration attorney since 2014 when he graduated from Creighton Law School.  He handles a wide variety of immigration cases.  He is fluent in spoken and written Spanish. 

Trevor Brezack

 Trevor Brezack is a graduate from Creighton Law, practicing law in the area of Immigration for the last 5+ years in the Omaha area.  Trevor now manages the Grand Island, NE branch of the law firm.

He is fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

Lexi Zendejas

Alexis Zendejas graduated from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2019. Her work in immigration law focuses on family petitions, green card applications, waivers, immigrant visas, naturalization, U-Visa and VAWA applications. Alexis has extensive experience in Tribal and Federal Indian Law. Her focus has been in family & juvenile law, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and Tribal/State/Federal relations. Alexis is a member of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska. She is fluent in spoken and written Spanish. 

Grant Mullin

Grant Mullin is a dedicated immigration attorney who graduated from Creighton School of Law in 2013. With a focus on asylum, deportation defense, and family-based immigration cases, he passionately advocates for the rights of immigrants. As a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Grant remains informed on the latest developments in immigration law to provide his clients with the best representation possible. Drawing on over a decade of experience as an attorney, Grant has honed his skills to navigate complex immigration challenges. His unwavering commitment to justice and advocacy for the immigrant community brought him to our firm. In addition to his legal expertise, Grant is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
