Together we formed a law firm for immigration and criminal defense cases in Omaha and the surrounding areas. We have decades of experience in providing exceptional legal services to individuals in immigration.
Joel Hatch is one of the founding partners of Hatch & Dallon, LLC. Joel has worked as an immigration attorney since 2006. He handles a wide variety of immigration cases, including: asylum; cancellation of removal; removal defense cases with Immigration Judges; appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals; family petitions; green card applications; naturalization applications; Temporary Protected Status (TPS); U visas; juvenile visas; Parole in Place; and work permits. Joel taught Immigration Law as an adjunct professor at Creighton University School of Law from 2020 to 2022. He is fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
Nathan Dallon is the other founding partner of Hatch & Dallon, LLC. Nathan has worked as an immigration attorney since 2014 when he graduated from Creighton Law School. He handles a wide variety of immigration cases. He is fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
Trevor is a graduate from Creighton Law, practicing law in the area of Immigration for the last 5+ years in the Omaha area. Trevor now manages the Grand Island, NE branch of the law firm.

Reha is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law with more than twenty-five years of experience. She is currently practicing law in the areas of immigration and juvenile law.
Alexis "Lexi" is a graduate from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. She graduated in 2019 and is practicing law in the areas of Immigration and Tribal Law.

Grant graduated from Creighton School of Law in 2013 and focuses his work on asylum, deportation defense, and removal cases for family-based immigration cases. Grant is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and stays up-to-day on the latest developments in immigration law. Grant has over a decade of experience in handling transactional, contractual, and other commercial legal matters where he honed his skills to handle complex or challenging immigration cases. Grant’s commitment to his clients and passion for justice led him to our firm to advocate for the immigrant community. Grant speaks and writes Spanish fluently.
